Velvet + spikes and makeup again!

Although it looks black on the photos, the long velvet dress is dark red/crimson.

Sweater: gift
Skirt: second-hand
Shoes: offbrand
Spiky faux collar: Claire's





I used So bio'ethic black eye shadow. The Red eye shadow comes from a makeup palette certified cruelty-free and paraben-free. I hope it is really the case.
